Does your mind tend to get the best of you? Do you wish your inner voice would be nicer to you? Do you know that it's possible to rewire your inner narrator using just yourself and a mirror?Â
Afraid or don't even want to look in the mirror? Resistance and fear are very real. Trust me, I can relate. Perhaps you love looking in the mirror, but have never done mirror work, or maybe you have. All are welcome!
We will start our evening with some tea and a chat to get to know each other. From there we will write down a few things we wish we said to ourselves more. I will then introduce mirror work for those who are unfamiliar - helping to knock down some limiting beliefs that may be present. We will gradually go into mirror work together and begin "The Work". This work is powerful, so be prepared to unleash feelings - including some laughs!
Afterwards, we will enjoy a fire together and talk about what came through. You are welcome to stay in our cozy 16ft Bell Tent for the evening as well. Our Bell Tent is heated and we have a few yoga mats that guest are welcome to sleep on. We also have extra blankets and pillows for those who need.
All mirrors are provided.
