Research suggests sound is a powerful tool that can powerfully affect mood in a positive way. Benefits include relieving anxiety, tension, and mental fog. It can help calm and quiet the mind, helping to bring a sense of peace and clarity. During a Reiki + Sound Healing session, I give Reiki to all areas of the body, as well as areas that need extra care. I use various crystals and energy techniques that help to balance your chakras, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. A Sound Alchemist will join me and provide sound healing throughout the session. They will use various singing bowls and chimes. Together we will go over different ways to practice balancing the chakras at home as well.
