During a full session, I work on all areas of the body, as well as areas that need extra care. I use various crystals and energy techniques that help to balance your chakras, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Together we will also go over different ways to practice balancing the chakras at home. For a mobile session, I will pack up the table and bring all my supplies to you! This is a great option for those who have limited mobility or travel restrictions.
