Processing for orders is 1-3 days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Wildflower Wellness is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations

Canceling and Rescheduling Appointments

You may cancel or reschedule a session by notifying us at least
24 hours before your scheduled appointment or reservation time.

Missed Appointment Refund Policy
No charge if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
Same day cancellation is half price.
Full charge if you do not show up for your session.

Provider Cancellation
If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled appointment,
we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule.

Refunds
Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
